Brandon Dorris

My name is Brandon Dorris, a cityscape and landscape photographer born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Growing up I have always loved traveling, seeing new places, and admiring architecture. The city I grew up in is actually very small and full of old buildings, so I have always been captivated by the enormous structures of San Francisco. I first learned how to do photography on film cameras and would take my camera with me everywhere, taking photos of everything I see. It has been about a year of taking photography seriously, and have since transitioned to digital photography with the Sony A7.

I love photography because it is so powerful. I love to inspire people to follow their dreams and watching the reaction on their face when you present them an image. I always stride to be the best at everything I do and love to express myself in an artistic way while getting to know my city inside and out. I have really grown through amazing experiences and made friends along my journey because of my camera. When I am not making photos, I am searching for new music, finding new inspiring artwork, or spending time with family.
